This "special occasion" event promoted program best practices, shared aging and disability issues, revealed preventative health measures, and demonstrated family supports and service innovations.

Our Keynote speakers, Tamar Heller and Matthew P. Janicki, Ph.D. inspired attendees to manage change and capitalize on opportunities under the most challenging of circumstances; while breakout session presenters pointed attendees toward more effective ways to obtain desired results. Continuing Education Units and Continuing Rehabilitation Credits were available.
Attendees included staff of organizations and families concerned about the delivery of quality vocational, residential, medical, and independent living services to adults with developmental disabilities.

Rehabilitation For Wisconsin, Inc. (RFW) is a statewide nonprofit membership association located in Madison, Wisconsin. Our members consist of over 50 community rehabilitation programs. RFW members provide services that address the vocational, residential and community support needs of people with disabilities or other special needs. RFW provides leadership, advocacy, education and other services to its members and works to build strong partnerships between community rehabilitation programs, public policy makers and the community of people with disabilities in Wisconsin.
