CONCEPT: People, including those with developmental disabilities, are living longer than ever before. Organizations that provide services to people with developmental disabilities must respond to the growing need for services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals as they age. This conference will offer practical information and promote a greater awareness of best practices, preventative health, family supports, and service innovations.
FOCUS AREAS: Best Practice, Family Supports, Legal Issues, Vocational Issues, Preventative Health, Finance,Inclusion, Government Advocacy
AUDIENCE: Staff of organizations and families concerned about the delivery of quality vocational, residential, medical, and independent living services to adults with developmental disabilities.
