Chippewa River Industries is a work center located just outside of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. The C.R.I. RAM crew is eight people strong and puts on a lot of miles in the course of a season as they take care of five roadside sites (two seasonal waysides and two Historical Markers) in Chippewa County and a seasonal wayside in Rusk County. Experienced? You bet! The C.R.I. RAM team has been part of the RAM Program since 1992. This team really enjoys the outdoors even though Mother Nature may not always accommodate with the best of weather conditions for restroom building and landscape care. Still, the mood of the RAM team is always upbeat and "can do" no matter if there are gray skies or blue.

The Chippewa River Industries work center is a very busy place as well. The supervisors and staff there engage in light manufacturing, packaging, screen printing, mailings and a host of other services that businesses may contract. For the many abilities that the folks of C.R.I. are able to bring to the table, their name abbreviation may stand for creative, responsive and industrious. Both RFW and RAM are pleased that C.R.I. is a member and contributor.
