ABOUT OUR MEMBERS
RFW Members are Community Rehabilitation Programs (CRPs) and other individuals or organizations who offer services designed to assist people who have disabilities or other special needs to become more independent in their communities. The typical organization offers vocational training and job placement along with other community-based services. Those may include residential or supportive living services, early intervention for children aged birth to three and/or transition services for students moving from high school to adult living. Many provide day services for adults with special needs.
RFW Members - Benefit Communities
RFW members are a valuable source for reliable employees and creative commercial solutions for your business. Whether you need one good employee, a team of workers, or a modern production facility that comes with an entire workforce, our members can be a key partner in fulfilling your labor and commercial business needs.
If you need employees or have more production work than you have the capacity to handle, there are at least three great reasons to work with Community Rehabilitation Programs:
- CRPs supply flexible, innovative commercial services and reliable workers for business customers.
- CRPs generate revenue to put back into community services and programs.
- CRPs provide valuable training and work opportunities for thousands of people with disabilities.
