EMPLOYMENT
Wisconsin's Community Rehabilitation Programs are local non-profits who can be a valuable resource to employers looking talented staff or job seekers with disabilities or other barriers to employment looking for a job.
Attention Job Seekers...
RFW members provided vocational services to over 25,000 individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment in 2004. Some of these services included assessments to measure work skills, behaviors, interests, values, physical capabilities, and academic abilities. To find out more about how our members can help you find employment go to RFW Members Employment Information for Job Seekers.
Attention Potential Employers...
RFW members also connect employers to a pool of dependable, loyal and pre-screened employees. They act as a resource for businesses in their community providing information and assistance about tax credits and work experience funds; disability awareness training; ongoing follow up to ensure long-term job success; American with Disabilities Act Information, and work place accommodations.
