Director's And Officer's Insurance

The RFW Director's & Officer's Group Insurance plan has reduced premiums for RFW members, increased coverage limits to $2 million (for most of our members), and added more extended coverage.

How the plan works:

The RFW Group purchasing plan for Directors and Officers Liability is provided through Philadelphia Insurance. Each member on the policy receives up to $2 million in insurance per loss, with an annual aggregate (total) association wide loss experience not to exceed $10 million.

Each loss claimed by a member has a $5,000 or $10,000 retention (deductible). The retention is paid only if a judgement is made against a member.

Coverage is extended to all participating RFW members subject to approval of their application and documentation prior to binding. Coverage provides for the entity (member organization), Directors, Officers, Trustees, Employees, Volunteers and Staff Members (including any individual who was, is or shall be in any of these positions.)
