Flexible Compensation Plan

Take advantage of this membership benefit!

RFW's Flexible Compensation Plan will allow your employees to deduct childcare expenses, medical premiums and many other medical, dental and vision expenses BEFORE federal, state and FICA taxes are taken out of their paychecks. Their take home pay will increase and the amount your agency pays for FICA will decrease.

Many RFW members are using these savings to help combat the rising cost of doing business and deliver more services to people with disabilities.

The RFW plan is administered by Benefits Design Group, Inc. and their services are available to members of RFW at reduced rates, regardless of organization size. (the chart below further outlines member savings).
