LCSW/MSW for Director of the Counseling & Development Center, Inc., Phillips, WI

The Director will oversee the functioning of all program areas that include mental health and AODA therapy, community support program, crisis on-call program and services for the developmentally disabled.  The Director supervises all management staff in accordance with agency policies and procedures and must ensure compliance with the State’s Administrative codes. 

A portion of the Director’s time will be split between administrative duties and providing direct services.  That balance will be determined by the needs of the agency and the Director has complete oversight of his/her own work schedule. 

Qualified candidates will have a Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology and 3,000 supervised clinical hours.
