Full or part time position* Monday - Friday, variable hours, approximately 20-30 hrs/week.
Job Summary: Develops, implements and evaluates supported work opportunities for clients competent of community employment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develops community business relationships for potential job sites and program marketing. Conduct and evaluate community job market assessment for potential job sites.
- Conduct job analysis of potential client job duties and responsibilities; assist with development of job adaptations and identification of natural support systems.
- Liaison between client, counselor and community employer at time of hire, job orientation.
- Coordinate and provide ongoing communication with parents, residential providers, counselors, case managers relative to client status.
- Completes all required documentation relative to employer, funding sources, etc.
- Prior experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Experience in past leadership position, business networking and relationship building.
- Valid WI drivers license with clear record required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Must be flexible to adapt to a variety of work settings, environments, and schedules.
