RFW is a statewide association of over 50 community rehabilitation programs. Our members provide vocational, residential, and community support programs to meet the needs of people with disabilities or other special needs. There are a variety of ways to participate in RFW's mission to improve the lives of people with disabilities or other special needs. RFW members include organizations, individuals, government agencies, educational institutions, other non-profits, and students with an interest in improving the lives of people with disabilities in Wisconsin. We currently have over 50 corporate members of varying sizes–from a staff of two to a staff of 3000.

RFW provides leadership, advocacy, education and other services to its members and works to build strong partnerships between community rehabilitation programs, public policy makers, local communities, and people with disabilities.
Following are just some of the benefits of joining RFW:
- NETWORKING: RFW Members are accessible and possess a tremendous amount of information and resources that are openly shared within the membership.
- TRAINING: RFW provides low-cost training and educational opportunities on direct service methods and techniques, economic development strategies, Department of Labor regulations, employee benefit programs, and organizational development.
- GROUP BUYING SAVINGS: RFW presents money-saving opportunities through group buying of Worker's compensation insurance and Directors and Officer's insurance for members.
- INFORMATION and DATA: RFW members have access to a weekly electronic newsletter and a substantial amount of industry specific information which RFW gathers and monitors.
- LEGISLATIVE LEADERSHIP: RFW provides legislative updates and legislative contact activities to both inform the membership of pertinent issues in the legislature and represent member interests on disability and funding issues.
- ADVOCACY and OPPORTUNITY: RFW partners with key state organizations for the advancement of individuals with disability services they receive.
