How to Recruit
The best way to sell RFW membership is by asking a person face to face to join.
- INVITE a potential member to a RFW Board or Committee meeting to get a feel for what is happening in our association.
- FORWARD the name of a colleague you think would make a good member;
- SELL to your non-member colleagues why you think membership is beneficial.

RFW provides leadership, advocacy, education and other services to its members and works to build strong partnerships between community rehabilitation programs, public policy makers, local communities, and people with disabilities.

- NETWORKING: RFW Members are accessible and possess a tremendous amount of information and resources that are openly shared within the membership.
- TRAINING: RFW provides low-cost training and educational opportunities on direct service methods and techniques, economic development strategies, Department of Labor regulations, employee benefit programs, and organizational development.
