STUDENT MEMBERSHIP
Student membership is open to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled in an accredited college or university in at least 50% of a normal, full-time course of study related to providing vocational, employment, residential, independent living, and/or other support services for persons with disabilities or who are disadvantaged.

Student members of RFW are entitled to the following membership benefits:
- Develop your professional identity. Start now to develop the professional contacts, leadership skills and visibility needed to establish a professional career. RFW members located throughout the state. RFW tracks national trends and happenings.
- Find employment opportunities. As a student member, you will join a network of thousands of professionals working in industry, academia and government. Many members publish job openings on their web sites and have access to intern opportunities while still in school.
- Take part in RFW’s Internet presence that includes an extensive web site resources including, various listservs and access to industry news and happenings.
- E-mail subscription to RFW Loop Electronic Newsletter (If requested).
- Access to RFW Membership List.
- Student members are welcome to serve on various RFW committees and work groups.
- Leadership and networking opportunities through participation in association events, meetings, and other opportunities.
Student members are not eligible to serve on the RFW Board, nor do they have voting privileges.

EARNWorks is the website of the Employer Assistance & Recruiting Network (EARN). EARN is a free service that connects you with qualified jobseekers with disabilities and provides you with consultative services on disability matters. EARN is also the "entryway" for private sector employers to access the Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP).
The WRP is an excellent resource if you are looking to recruit talented college students with disabilities for summer or permanent positions. The WRP maintains a database of hundreds of motivated postsecondary students and recent graduates eager to prove their abilities in the workforce. Representing all majors and hailing from over 200 colleges and universities nationwide, these applicants have been pre-screened through face-to-face interviews, ensuring they are more than qualified to meet your workforce needs.
