Welcome to our second issue of the SCOOP. We appreciate all of the positive comments and suggestions we have received from you, the readers, after our inaugural issue. In this issue, we highlight mental health issues among a variety of other articles.

Next Tuesday is an important day for you. It is Election Day and those who get elected will have a profound effect on your life. Elected officials on all levels of government make decisions on funding issues that affect you, the organization you work for, and the clients you work with. It is imperative that you vote on Election Day, November 7. More get out the vote information...

This issue of the SCOOP will be the last one for 2006. I hope it has been a productive year for you. RFW looks forward to continuing our relationship with you in 2007. We hope RFW and the SCOOP will assist you in doing your job and help provide the resources and information to be more productive and successful in your position next year.
