Keynote Speakers and Special Guests:
Randy Snow
At the peak of a blossoming tennis career, while just a junior in high school, Randy Snow was injured in a farming accident, which left him without the use of his legs. Since then he has become a business owner and nationally recognized sales associate, a Fortune 500 speaker and one of the most successful gold medal wheelchair athletes in history. Because of his achievements, he received the Paralympic torch from President Clinton in Washington, kicking off the Atlanta Paralympic Games in 1996. In 2004, he was the first Paralympian inducted into the Olympic Hall of Fame.
Featured on CNN, ESPN and in USA Today, he is a gold medalist, a published author, a past MVP sales associate and the president of an achievement company called NO "XQs" (no excuse), Inc. His life represents the idea of discovering options and finding new opportunities. Randy Snow has proven that in order to succeed today, you must have a 100% able-bodied mind! Managing change and capitalizing on opportunities under the most challenging of circumstances are things leaders do every day. One asset everyone has access to – his or her own personal history – can be an advantage when dealing with a difficult situation. Randy Snow knows firsthand how important an individual's unique experience is to success. Drawing from his personal business successes, medal winning Olympic competitions, and the lessons learned while accepting a spinal cord injury, Randy inspires audiences to embrace change, work together and achieve extraordinary results.
