This annual conference serves as a catalyst for positive change and collaboration between community rehabilitation providers, educators and university programs, business, state and local government, advocacy organizations, social service agencies, all of whom have a strong committment to helping Wisconsin's most vulnerable citizens achieve independence and meaningful employment.
Each year, more than 400 people participate in this unique opportunity to enhance their professional competencies and network with others in the field of rehabilitation and transition. Attendees may acquire CEU (courtesy of UW-Stout) and CRC credits.
Attendees include administrators, educators and staff of: community rehabilitation programs; job placement specialists; independent living organizations; high school special education and transition programs; post-secondary transition coordinators; university and technical college disability programs; state vocational rehabilitation agencies; community employment programs; state county human services programs; and many others.
The conference is hosted by Rehabilitation for Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Rehabilitation Association.
